The Suites at Station Exchange

The Suites at Station Exchange is a 32,000 square feet assisted living facility in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The existing three-story 30,000 square feet building was originally purposed for residential and retail/office space, Martin Rule & Associates' converted this space into 32 assisted living units and 6 memory care units. The adaptive reuse included a 2,000 square feet living space addition as well as an additional 1,000 square feet of porch space. 
The Suites at Station Exchange also features a full service kitchen and dining room, a theater, and an outdoor living space.
