OTC Assessment Center

The Assessment Center renovation at Ogeechee Technical College Statesboro converted a 600 square foot under-utilized greenhouse into a reception area and two offices for the Assessment center staff.  The exterior polycarbonate panels were removed from the steel structure of the greenhouse and were replaced with walls, windows and a roof system to match the design of the remainder of the facility.  During the renovation many of the interior finishes including the restrooms were updated to match the campus standard colors and finishes.  An exterior stucco finish system was selected to keep minimize the construction cost.  The stucco color and lines were detailed to match the existing facility.
