Born in Statesboro, Georgia, Mr. Palmer is a Principal with DPR Architecture.  With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in commercial and secondary educational design projects ranging from $200,000 to 25 million in construction cost. 

 

He is actively involved in all phases of the building process, from programming and schematic design to the production and coordination of construction documents, bidding, and permitting and construction administration.  He has served as the project architect on over three hundred projects of various sizes and complexities.  Mr. Palmer has extensive experience working on the campuses of Georgia Southern University and East Georgia State College and is very familiar with campus standards and expectations.
