Mr. Rule is the senior Principal in DPR Architecture, with over 25 years of experience in Educational, City, County, and Commercial projects ranging up to $15 million in construction cost. 

 

He is actively involved in all phases of the building process, from programming and schematic design to the production and coordination of construction documents, bidding, permitting and construction administration.  He has served as the project architect on over four hundred projects of various sizes and complexities.  Mr. Rule has extensive experience working on the campus of Georgia Southern University over a ten year period and is very familiar with campus standards and expectations.
